As a very nervous person about visiting dentist, I had to be seen to have a tooth out,I can not say thankyou enough to shree, what an amazing lady throughout my tooth extraction she kept talking to me and reassuring I was in good hands etc ,so a big thankyou to you again 😀
I’ve been going to Smiles Ahead for almost 5 years now and I’ve got nothing but great words to say. I called for an emergency appointment for my jaw this January and got booked in really quickly and saw Shree, the new dentist, which was so convenient as she specialises in jaws and aches. Shree did a whole thorough assessment of my jaw, X-rays etc. gave me some exercises, and sorted me out with some really good retainers plus a temporary one to see me through until they were ready. I’m now completely pain free after following her instructions and I couldn’t be happier! The whole team are amazing and all very positive and gentle, which is great for people who maybe aren’t so confident going to the dentist. Thanks Shree and the team!
The treatment I received was excellent. As the patient you are given a full and thorough examination, and everything is explained step by step. All the staff make you feel at ease. Highly recommende the practice.
Today was my first visit and I would highly recommend! Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and dentist was professional and thorough, he explained everything perfectly 🦷⭐️ Thank you so much! ☺️
Dr. Khurram Quershi has been helping people improve their dental health for over 20 years. His caring nature means he’s committed to understanding his patients’ needs and making a real difference in their lives.
Dr. Quershi will patiently walk you through your treatment options, taking time to address your concerns and fully explain the process, guiding you from your initial consultation to your final Invisalign aligner. He’s helped hundreds of people in Corby and the surrounding areas of Weldon, Great Oakley, Northamptonshire, and beyond to get the smile they’ve always wanted.
Invisalign uses a series of clear, removable aligners that are custom-made to fit your teeth. Each set gently shifts your teeth little by little until they’re in their ideal position. You’ll typically wear each aligner for 1–2 weeks before moving on to the next one.
Most people find Invisalign much more comfortable than traditional braces. You may feel a bit of pressure or tightness when switching to a new set of aligners, but this usually fades after a day or two.
Your treatment time will depend on your needs, so it varies from person to person. Once you’ve had your consultation, your dentist can give you a personalised timeline, but it’s usually between 9 and 18 months.
You should remove your aligners before eating or drinking anything other than water. This helps avoid staining and keeps your aligners in great shape. That means no food restrictions during your treatment, so you can enjoy all your favourites without worry.
For the best results, you should wear your Invisalign aligners for 20–22 hours a day. That means keeping them in while you sleep and only taking them out to eat, drink, brush, or floss.
